Rope skipping workouts

This workout can be used when you need an intense and short training sessions.

This workout combines 5 basic jumps, which not only burns fat, but also train your legs, stomach and arms.

If you are not used to jump rope, you should warm up with 5-10 minute walk, biking, etc.

Perform each exercise in 2 minutes. Take breaks when you can not keep hoping exercise, but try to keep you moving all the time. Go from one exercise to the next without the breaks so that your workout lasts only 10 minutes.
